T&T wins anti-dumping case regarding melamine exports to the US

The US International Trade Commission (ITC) determined on Wednesday that melamine imports from Trinidad and Tobago did not cause any significant damage to the industry, according to a reports coming out of Houston.

However, it did find that Chinese melamine was subsidised and sold in the US at less than fair value, causing significant harm to the industry.

The US ITC made its determinations in its final-phase anti-dumping and countervailing duty investigations concerning melamine from China and Trinidad and Tobago.
