Two days after police recovered what they believe is human remains in a bag at Heights of Aripo following the discovery of Andrea Bharatt’s body last Thursday, they have now found a third set of human remains.
Guardian Media understands police uncovered the remains not far from where they had made Friday’s discovery.
The find came more than six hours after a joint team of law enforcement officers together with hunters started scouring the area just after 8 am today.
The remains were removed and taken to the Forensic Sciences Centre for testing shortly after 2 pm.
The main suspect in the murder of Andrea Bharatt who was kidnapped a week and a half ago according to exclusive Guardian story on Saturday may have information that can assist police in the latest discovery as well.
