The country has recorded four more imported cases of COVID-19. A Ministry of Health update yesterday morning showed the positive tests came from nationals recently deported from the United States and a student who returned from Barbados.

The ministry assured that all established protocols were adhered to.

The new cases brings the total number of positive cases in T&T to 130 since its first case was recorded on March 12. The number of active cases, however, remain at nine following the discharge of four patients from the Caura Hospital. The total number of patients who recovered is 113. Deaths remain at eight.
