Investigations are continuing into the theft of a 48-inch television set from the Roxborough Health Centre in Tobago.

According to a police report, a district Registered Nurse employed with the Tobago Regional Health Authority (TRHA) and based at the Roxborough Health Centre said she left her workplace to head home, at about 4 pm on Wednesday.  She stated that she had left the security officer and the pharmacist at the health centre.

The nurse told police that she returned to the health centre at about 8:05 am on Thursday and was notified by the groundskeeper that one Vizio 48-inch Television (valued $5,790), which was located in the waiting area, was missing.

The nurse said she had given no one permission to remove the television set.
