Two men were arrested and a revolver and quantity of ammunition seized by officers of the Central Division during an anti-crime exercise in Chaguanas yesterday. According to police reports, officers were on mobile patrol at Bynoe Trace Extension, Enterprise, when they observed two men walking along the roadway around 4:00 pm. Upon seeing the officers, the two suspects ran into a nearby house where they were held. A search resulted in one revolver loaded with five rounds of ammunition being discovered in the possession of one of the suspects. The men, a 22-year-old of Bynoe Trace Extension and a 20-year-old of Cunupia, were arrested in connection with the find. Investigations are ongoing.
