The suspect, who resides in Happy Village, Gasparillo, was arrested on January 20th, when officers of the South-Western Division Emergency Response Patrol (ERP) intercepted a vehicle being driven along the Southern Main Road, Guapo.

The vehicle reportedly was overcrowded.
