A WASA supervisor was shot dead early this morning following an argument with a male relative at their Arima home.
Investigators confirmed to Guardian Media that the shooting occurred around 7 am at the Mount Pleasant Road home of the victim who has been identified as Allan Stoute.
Stoute had just arrived home when he got an argument with a male relative. During the altercation, Stoute was shot.
He was taken to the Arima Hospital by ambulance but succumbed to his injuries.
Homicide detectives have since detained a suspect for questioning.
