Parts of the San Juan / Laventille area who are currently experiencing a disruption in their pipe borne water supply, can expect to see some relief by Monday night.

According to an advisory from the Water and Sewerage Authority, emergency repairs currently are underway at the Valsayn B Booster Station, to correct electrical and mechanical problems at the facility.

The Authority advises it expects to complete the repair works by 4:00 pm on Monday 4th January 2021.

Meanwhile, a limited truck borne service will be available to affected customers, upon request.

Areas affected include:

●   Febeau Village

●   Sunshine Avenue

●   Laventille Road

●   Bagatelle Road

●   Malick

●   Trou Macaque Road

●   Pashley Street

●   Success Village

Customers are reminded that it may take up to 24 hours for the service to normalize to some affected areas in accordance with pipe borne water supply schedules.
