1 lb Shrimp (cleaned)

1 tsp garlic minced

1 tsp ginger minced

4 pimentos sliced

1 small sweet pepper sliced

1 small onion sliced

1 tbsp Chili Sauce (Fine Chili Sauce, Szechwan Chili or Thai Chili)

1 tsp Light or Low Sodium Soy Sauce

1 pack Maggi Fish Season Up

1 tsp Sesame Oil or Chili Oil

Hot Pepper to taste

2 tbsp water

  1. Season Shrimp with garlic, ginger, soy sauce and Maggi Fish Season Up
  2. Heat a wok and add Sesame Oil or Chilli Oil
  3. When wok is hot, saute Pimento, onion and sweet pepper
  4. Add Shrimp, Chili Sauce and Hot Pepper
  5. Cook for 5 mins and add water. Shrimp is done when they turn pink and form a C shape. Turn off the heat before the Shrimp curls into a O – this signals overcooking
  6. Garnish with chives and enjoy hot over steamed rice or noodles
