Spaghetti Pie with Pumpkin

1 pack Spaghetti

2 tbsp butter

2 tbsp flour

2 c Carnation Evaporated Milk

1 pack Maggi All Purpose Season Up

1 tsp Paprika

½ tsp black pepper

½ small onion (minced)

1 c grated cheese

½ c grated pumpkin

1 tsp Oregano


  1. Cook Spaghetti according to package directions. Drain and set aside
  2. Preheat oven to 350F
  3. In a saucepan, melt butter and add flour to make a roux. Cook while stirring for 3 mins
  4. Add Carnation milk while whisking and allow to come to a simmer
  5. Add Maggi All Purpose, paprika, black pepper and onion
  6. Allow to cook for 6-8 mins or until sauce thickens
  7. Remove sauce from heat and stir in half the cheese until melted
  8. In a large bowl combine cooked spaghetti, cheese sauce, and grated pumpkin. Mix well
  9. Transfer mixture to baking dish and sprinkle remaining cheese to cover the top of the pie
  10. Sprinkle Oregano to top the cheese
  11. Bake for 40 mins or until cheese is browned and pie stops bubbling
  12. Cool before cutting and enjoy as a side dish
